Check in was quick after doing early check in on phone ahead of time. Front desk staff, nurses, and doctor were all super friendly and helpful. They listened to concerns and took them seriously to make sure I had all my questions answered before I left.

Sent me 8 emails prior to my visit. They called me twice to verify what I put in the online pre check and then verified twice again at the visit. Doctor was quick to get out of my apt “because he has other apts to get to”. Poor experience.

I got emergency flighted to St Vincent after having the worsttttt experience with Powell hospital, I was expecting the worst because I was already having such a miserable time from Powell. But I got to St. Vincent & I'm happy to say my experience was amazingggg!!! I was there in the labor & delivery section & their staff was amazing & kept me so much more comfortable as I was waiting for my baby to be born, they actually listened to me at St. Vincent & took care of me properly. every single one of the staff I dealt with was super kind, helpful, & I could tell they were experienced with their works. the NICU staff was also AMAZING & I would trust them again in heartbeat if I ever have another baby. I’ve never been to St Vincent for anything else, but I’ve heard nothing but good about their

i went in with the worst pain. the whole staff was very friendly and the lab tech even stayed even though i think she was supose to be getting off just so she can take chest xrays. they treated me well and i have no complaints.

Went here for a pre employment drug test showed the First Lady my DL went to the back and the lady that was going to do the test said my license was expired and turned me away. I GO THREW YOU FOR MY PRIMARY HEALTH CARE YOU KNOW WHO I AM. I appreciate you guys RUINING MY OPPORTUNITY FOR A NEW CAREER. Absolutely ridiculous. I recommend going else where
