Today I received a “certified” unsigned letter from the doctor’s nurse that I saw at this clinic. This letter without reasonable explanation was sent to inform me the doctor could no longer provide me with medical services, when in fact it should have been a letter of apology. Prior to this “certified” letter I had messaged the nurse and told her I would not be returning to the clinic. During my appointment and without discussion the doctor mistakenly canceled one of my medications that I only became aware of when I was checking out at the front desk. At that time the front desk assured me a message was being sent to the doctor’s nurse and someone would be calling me. No one called or messaged me. Amanda and Amber are fantastic. They were thorough and really listen to their patients, asking questions that others have not asked. They have also been communicative with test results. How you are treated post-appointment with this office says a lot. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know.
