Although things got off to a rocky start, things have improved a lot. The pills are with meals now, the NAs help my wife get dressed and undressed for bed, the therapy has increased so that my wife will be able to come home again soon, she loves the home cooked meals here and her laundry is not misplaced. They’re try real hard to please her. They also are doing the best they can under difficult times in getting my wife to dialysis. I’m sorry about my bad review, it was written from my viewpoint which was a poor observation of what I thought I saw. When you’re there as often as I am, you see only the bad things and overlook the good. Again, I’m glad that my wife likes being there. There’s always room for improvement even at home. I think I was so upset with this place is predominant

I'm here at Stone Mountain Run. Nice looking facility and clean. Some of my CNA'S are Fatu, Kylee, Jermama, Diamond, Ms. Q, Brittany and Faye. They work hard and are very efficient. There are other CNA's that have cared for me too. They are great as well, but I forget their names bc there are so many. They have great nurses and Nurse Practitioners here. Doctors too come in to see you for your medical needs. I am receiving wound care, OT and PT. The Physical and Occupational Rehab is awesome here! These therapists work hard with their patients. I couldn't walk when I entered. These two therapists, Lee and Shannon had me walking within a week. I have made a lot of progress with the exercises they have me doing. I've even lost a couple of pounds which I needed to! PT and OT Thera

My brother was there for a short period and had to be rushed back to Grady. The nurses were very responsive and stayed until the EMTs arrived. I was impressed with the care and the cleanliness of the hallways and rooms. Look, NONE of the nursing facilities are without issues. I know, as I have had relatives in the Dunwoody, Lenox, Gwinnett & Decatur facilities. However, when I walk into the facility it is CLEAN and you are greeted graciously. The nursing assistant offered to shave my brother who needed it terribly. Little things mean a lot. Every business & every person has room for improvement. The key is to realize improvements are needed and try your best to reach those goals. It is important for relatives & friends to visit and make sure care is appropriate and for family to do their

This facility is VERY run down and in desperate need of repair and remodeling. The room my friend was in was horrible. The bathroom toilet was very low to the ground and not secure. There was no trashcan in the bathroom either. The walls looked like they were last painted in 1980 and very chipped. No pictures or any decor at all. There was no comfortable chair for any guest to sit in, only 1 hard "breakroom" type of chair along with the bed, a nightstand, closet and TV. If a loved one needed to stay the night with you, there was no furniture to allow that to happen. My friend's sheets were not even on the bed correctly. I can't speak to the care of the patience there as I didn't witness any care for my friend while there. I can say that as I was walking down the halls to leave,

Please don't ever Allow your family to be left here the ambulance has taken my mother to the hospital twice in less than 72 hours. I can't do anything because this place allow my mom insurance to get canceled. More i need help before I have to identify my mother body
