Suburban Hearing Aid Center

My main hearing aid was at my ENT for repair and my backup stopped working. Steven was kind enough to fit me in for an emergency appointment even though I did not purchase my hearing aid through him. He repaired it in a matter of 10 minutes. I am just so grateful and will be back to see him when I need new hearing aids.

I have been a loyal customer of Suburban Hearing Aid Center for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I’ve received. Steven Grant is always incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding of my individual needs. He consistently returns my calls promptly and truly cares about my satisfaction. Most recently, I visited for an upgrade on my hearing aids, and Steven took the time to walk me through every step of the process. He thoroughly explained my options and payment plans, making sure I felt informed and comfortable with my decision. I’m extremely happy with my new aids, and I know I’ll continue to rely on Suburban Hearing Aid Center for years to come. Highly recommend!

Too bad that I can't rate them a zero !I drove 45 minutes each way through rush hour traffic. When I finally got there STEVEN said since he didn't sell me the hearing aids that he wouldn't adjust them. that a In my opinion that was the rudest experience that a business man could possibly do to a paying customer. If you didn't buy your aids from him AVOID using Suburban hearing center. Also He raised his visitation prices to $65 .I'll never let someone be so belligerent to me and I advise everyone to follow my lead !

Can't say enough good things about Stephen Grant who owns & runs this Center, and serves his patients so diligently. As a relatively young man who didn't want (but clearly needed) hearing instruments, I have not been the easiest patient. And yet, Mr. Grant has been patient, professional, knowledgeable and yes kind . . . in his work to: 1st, make sure I was fitted with the best instrument (with an amazing array of features!) at a fair price, and 2nd, work with me tirelessly during the "adjustment period" so I would learn how to get maximum benefit from this investment . . . that feels very new and strange, and yet, also very beneficial to my lifestyle. I can't imagine getting any better service for my hearing aids from anyone else.

I put off getting Hearing Aids for many years. Finally it got to the point that I knew I had to make the move. Through Blue Cross Personal Choice 65, I was directed to Tru Hearing and their local representative Steven Grant @ Suburban Hearing. Steven was quite helpful, and non-pressuring, in helping me pick the devices that best suit my needs. I am now in my 5th week of using the devices. The experience has been just great. Steve is patient and available whenever I have a question. Steve realizes making this move can be intimidating. When I first got the devices, he gave me just enough information on how to adjust to using the hearing aids. He then scheduled another appointment in a week and gave me a little more information and set up my smart phone with an app so I could control the unit
