Terrible experiences. After multiple visits, numerous hours, waiting for her to show up, rescheduling 3 times, never getting any form of a bill, doctor demanding I pay up front, when I have Medicare & a great secondary, pressing me for cash, checking me for random ills but not what my surgeon sent me for, performing painful unnecessary tests which she seemed to be figuring out along the way, etc. Final straw, charging my insurance for a visit on a day I was not there, in fact her office was closed that day. Her office is dirty & she is always unprepared for the scheduled visits. I even heard her on the phone yelling at another doctor, using their patient’s full name, DOB & insisting she was right about the diagnosis. She obviously never heard of HIPPA! Do not waste your time!!!! Waste of my time and an out of pocket copay that I had to waste time going to ATM for because they only take cash. Old, dusty & dingy office. I answered questions prior to the doctor taking me back into her office to then be asked the same questions by her, as she wrote down my answer. After testing my reflexes she then told me she will prescribe me a medication to take for 30 days and have no headache ever again? I asked what she thinks the cause of my headaches are and she told me “I don’t know, we’d need to do more tests.” So you’d prescribe me medication prior to knowing a cause? INSANITY!!!! Then wanted me to reschedule for more testing- clearly just to bill my insurance and get another copay out of me.

I visited this neurology to get some tests on my head as after I had a concussion, my memory and thoughts have been uncoordinated and flakey. On first visit, she for no reason tested me for carpel and cubical tunnel. I have shown no history of these conditions. She then claimed i had carpel and cubical tunnel in BOTH wrists and elbows. AGAIN I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH SUCH CONDITIONS. After some time I got an ekg and emg for my head and supposed issues with my wrists and elbows but decided to stop attending as I no longer had the memory and thought issues after starting medications with my primary. Over the last 6 months she has personally hounded me and harassed me to come in to go over the tests. On every single call I said I would no longer be attending as I don't have issues anymore.

First visit I had to wait over an hour. She wasn’t even at the office for my appointment. Receptionist had to call her to see where she was and she would be there. For my second appointment- which she chose the date & time - I got a call the day of while I was sitting in the waiting room that she wasn’t going to be able to make it. That I should come on Monday at 11am. Really??? I just got a bad vibe from her. Her receptionist was some flakey young girl. I was turned off by the whole office.

She's got terrible bed side manner and makes patients wait around for hours / entire day . Orders test that aren't necessarily needed doesn't listen to you , and no communication about an action plan while your being treated while being in hospital.. overall doesn't show empathy or concern for her patients. Would not recommend her at all!
