Sun Pharmacy of Venice

This is a Mom & Pop pharmacy. There is personalized attention the way you would expect for a small town pharmacy. What is unexpected is their operation is just as sophisticated (sometimes more) than the big box pharmacies. As soon as an RX is submitted by your provider, a text and call is sent out to tell you they are working on it. As soon as it's ready, you get another call and text. If you need to get hold of them, an actual person answers the phone. If You have an insurance change, they have figured it out by themselves and your RX is processed seemlessly. They don't let anything hold up your RX. I love this pharmacy. I live in Englewood and this pharmacy is not around the corner for me but I still have all my prescriptions sent here.

Wonderful local pharmacy with friendly people like Kimberly, personalized service, reminders to refill prescriptions, and delivery service to name just a few! They care about their customers. How many pharmacies send you Birthday greetings on your birthday? Sun pharmacy does! It’s the little personal touched that makes the difference! This is the only pharmacy that I know of that uses “if you are a patient, press 1” when you call them. They want your business! Their prices are very competitive too.

Best pharmacy in town!!! Kimberly, Sierra and Olivia have been absolutely amazing to deal with. They are always so positive, kind and very efficient. You can tell they enjoy what they do. As a business owner myself I would want my staff to conduct themselves as Kimberly, Sierra and Olivia do . All the pharmacist are great unfortunately I just don’t know their names. Thank you Sun pharmacy for actually caring about your customers and having compassion.

It’s hard to put into words how impressed we are with Sun pharmacy and their team. They treat customers like family and honestly, you feel like You’re back in your old home town when you do business with them. They go out of their way to make sure that you’re satisfied, and even deliver your medications if you can’t get into the store. Sun Pharmacy always delivers above and beyond service. They are all knowledgeable, professional, and so kind. Sun Pharmacy always lets us know when our prescriptions need to be refilled and when they are ready. They take the time to ask if we have any questions about our medications and they are genuinely concerned about our wellbeing. We are very lucky to have this pharmacy in Venice. They treat you like a returning friend and not just a customer or patient to move through their store as quickly as possible.
