The staff at this location are hateful and spiteful to the point that I question the quality of care to it's patients. They lie profusely and constantly about the residents and even refuse you to converse with your loved ones and even will flat out tell you No you can't speak to one. One star rating is too high and if certain measures aren't corrected soon the Dept. Of Human Services and local news will probably have to fully investigate.

Extremely rude staff very unconcerned about residents happiness, especially after a loved one has died. I was told I couldn't tell my sister a resident that our other sister non resident had died, until several days later. Finally got to tell her, my daughter did get to speak to her this morning and she was upset and grieving over loss of sister so I called to comfort her being her only remaining sister and a staff worker told me that she would not go get her and I could not speak to her.

As in all places, you worry about sending your loved one to a facility. This is the 3rd facility my mother has been to since August and so far, the staff here seems to be more attentive, especially the PT staff. Grant it, there is good and bad in all places you go to and you will definitely here all of it. You'll have to just weed through it all. You just have to remember, you are your loved ones advocate. Keeping the lines of communications open makes all the difference in the world. Although mama has been here about 3 weeks, she has given them a run for their money for sure. After meeting those involved in her care, I know they are there to do what they can for her. I believe we are all on the same page and I'm sure we may have some disagreements at times, but we can always meet

Update: My mother Beverly Locklear, succumbed to death within a month on November 22, 2021 after leaving this sorry place. While in there for only 8 days, she went from 90 to 0 and had to be rushed back to the hospital by ambulance and was put in ICU on emergency dialysis, a feeding tube and dialysis. She NEVER recieved occupational nor physical therapy while at this facility in which is the ONLY reason she was sent there to begin with from the hospital...for a broken femor bone. All of this was going on during Covid and we weren't allowed to visit her until she had already been in there 6 days and what we saw when we walked in was horrible. They had let my Mother lay there in her own stool for God knows how long because the smell was disgusting and she had such a terrible UTI infection fr

I visited this place today and it's disgusting. It smells awful and is in terrible condition. This place isn't fit to live in for anyone better yet an elderly person who's trying to heel. It's sad seeing people in this living environment and even worse someone you love. Heart breaking
