I had a great experience at Sunshine Dental. I was nervous because it was my first visit, but everyone made me feel comfortable. The front desk lady was very kind and helped me with my insurance. The assistant spoke Spanish, which helped a lot, and the doctor explained everything clearly and fixed my issue the same day. The clinic is super clean, well located, and has parking. They speak both English and Spanish, and all tools are either sterilized or opened new right in front of you. I definitely plan to keep coming back.
The dentist is a wizard with a needle. I barely felt the needle going in in and was so numb that I felt nothing during the drilling. I'm impressed with the staff and scheduling. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I actually look forward to appointments because they run on time and wait times are short. I wish I had found Sunshine Dental sooner. No complaints, only gratitude.
Had a follow up from 6 teeth extracted last week. I’m healing well. I have been sick caused a lot of throwing up the last two years. Acid destroyed my smile! It’s going to take some time but I believe I am in great hands at Sunshine Dental on Boston Rd Springfield MA! Six teeth extracted , one was a beast! After two days I have had no pain. I am taking my antibiotics but no pain meds. Face was swollen but ice bars on and off works. I followed instructions and it’s going down nice. The mouth wash after 24 hrs awesome. Salt, baking soda and warm water rinse does amazing! Thanks to my Dentist and staff! Looking forward to he rest and f the prices and getting great smile again!
This was my first time coming to this dentist and it was the most amazing experience ever! Everyone was very very nice and helpful, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process! I will definitely be recommending this place and coming back in the future!
Dr Parag Sehgal is an extraordinary , Caring & Experienced Dentist. He took care of my dental needs on a very short notice. I will highly recommend him. I went to his office in Springfield MA
