Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation

The rehab staff was very professional and patient with my mother. They made my mom feel like she was the only one there. They were super sweet all the time. They stayed busy with all the patients but always made everyone feel special. I can say I miss that staff. Great job keep up the good work.

This place is a dump. If you care for your family don't send any of your relatives here I see pictures that otheres have posted about how great the staff is. Well they are referring to to physical therapy staff. That are the only ones who seem to know what they are doing. Then when it comes to the aides and the nurses... I would let them care for my Dog. These are the cheapest nickel diiming owners a business has ever had. I almost feel over when I found out that they give the patients TAP WATER WHILE THE STAFF DRINKS BOTTLED WATER. TJE OUTRAGE I FELT. I spent good money on water in my home so that a place charging insurance $18,000 a month is giving me tap water. Do they not know like everyone else on Long Island that the tap water here is not fit for animales. And let's not get

My dad is recently at Swanlake rehab. The nurses work very hard and take care of my dad good. Very on point with his care that he needs. I want to thank Autumn the supervisor nurse for being caring, understanding and also helping take care of my dad. I know it’s not an easy job and they work long shifts. I really appreciate the whole staff.

My loved one is currently living at Swan Lake. Staff is above and beyond. Shout out to Stuart for his amazing and prompt attention to concerns. Susan in the business office takes time to review any issues and is more than patient & pleasant! The receptionists are super friendly and always greet guests with a nice, warm smile. Second floor staff including, head nurse Hillary always there to answer any questions. Friendly, caring & compassionate to their patients. Kenny from maintenance, fixed Bill’s tv within 5 minutes of reporting the issue. Extremely happy with the experience and peace of mind.

I wouldn’t recommend Swan Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to anyone. The doctor doesn’t listen. The staff doesn’t listen. I repeatedly told nurses something wasn’t right with my body — and I almost died. I went into septic shock, had to be rushed to the hospital, and ended up in the ICU. That should never happen when someone is already asking for help. There have been wounds where bandages weren’t changed for days. Call bells go unanswered — sometimes 30 minutes to over an hour. The doctor comes in and out and doesn’t want to hear what you’re actually experiencing. The nursing staff and supervision staff have lied to me more than once. Also staff members have thought I was vaping the supervisor came in I gave permission to search my room they obviously didn’t find anything and the
