I was so pleasantly surprised by the staff of keralty hospital. Synergy medical was obviously very diligent in hiring them. They spoke well of the patients they were treating and showed sympathy for them. The doctors took my condition seriously & listened to me. Dr Roddy & Dr Ervin’s treatment helped me feel much better than when I walked in. From the nurses to cleaning staff: they were all very kind and friendly. It’s really not what I expected & I have always avoided ERs in the past for their reputation but I will come back here if I have to (but hopefully I won’t have to 😅).

Dr. Roddy Dr Mora Roxana and Kadil were all so very helpful and professional. They attended to me very quickly. All the concerns I was having they took the time to listen. Dr Roddy is extremely knowledgeable and helps you feel very comfortable. Overall would definitely recommend. Even as a woman getting a pelvic exam can be scary but Dr. Roddy was quick and thorough. No pain at all. So woman don’t be scared and come on over if your ever concerned 🙏🏼

Dr. Rodely provided exceptional care to my grandmother during her visit. He was patient, compassionate, and very attentive to her needs, making sure she felt comfortable and well cared for. I also want to extend my gratitude to the amazing nursing staff Xiomara, Odarnys, and Adrian for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. In addition, a special thank you to Kidal, the tech, for being so helpful and attentive throughout her stay. Together, they made a difficult time much easier for our family. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and support she received.

What an amazing experience I’m truly satisfied with the service . Dr. Roddy is definitely the best , professional and made my mother which has dementia feel comfortable and made her smile. Xiomara, Adrian and odalys were there every step of way with my mother making sure everything went well. I definitely recommend for any emergency situation they are fast and the respond is very efficient .

Doctor Rody was excellent and nurse odalys as well, they helped me feel better and have a speedy recovery. Highly recommend this hospital. Very friendly and helpful staff
