I took my father to Syracuse Hearing Solutions after we were previously unhappy with another hearing service provider, and the difference was night and day. My dad had been struggling to hear properly with his hearing aids, and the other company failed to make the adjustments he truly needed. At Syracuse Hearing Solutions, they took the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate his hearing, and make the proper adjustments that immediately improved his ability to hear. Jordan was amazing. I loved that he walked me through everything especially with the VNG he told me everything that was gonna happen and what I would be experiencing, with great communication. I also like that he told me then and there that everything was coming back fine as now I don’t see a reason to follow up with my ENT. The lady at the front desk was also extremely kind. I felt very safe and comfortable for my 2 hour visit and would highly recommend!

Syracuse Hearing Solutions (SHS) is always responsive, timely and very efficient. Been a patient for almost a year and every visit is in and out with what is needed but they take the time to talk as well. They have always been flexible with what I need, and in regards to supplies, SHS is always generous with them. Anybody asks, I will recommend them highly.

December 2025: First time using syracuse hearing solutions…we were so impressed with the staff, from the office manager to the audiologist. Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and caring. The audiologist, Dr. Juliet Stuber, spent nearly an hour helping my mom with hearing aids that had been purchased out of state. Dr. Stuber was outstanding and we feel very comfortable with her! January 2026: We returned for an updated hearing exam and adjustments to hearing aids. We again met with Dr. Juliet Stuber. She was thorough, patient and very caring. I feel very reassured to have Dr. Stuber managing my mother’s hearing aid needs. She is excellent!
