SOS is a victim of its own success. I've been very pleased with SOS doctors and physical therapy over the years. My major complaint is that it's near impossible to get through by phone. Experiencing serious back pain, I've tried twice to make an appointment by phone (after initially requesting one via their website) and have been put on permanent hold each time. SOS really needs to address this basic administrative problem. I finally got through only to be abruptly informed that they're maxed out and couldn't accept me even though I have been a patient in the past. Needless to say, I'm taking my business to another orthopedic practice. This latest experience has soured me on SOS and I won't try to return. Sarah and Ted were an excellent team. They crafted a program based on my individual needs. They listened to my input and were kind and considerate. The facility was extremely clean. Front desk staff were pleasant and competent.

i had a shoulder dislocation and had to go to therapy at sos. two physical therapists, ed and brandi, were in charge of me, and they were very helpful and patient the whole time. i had to go for over 2 months, and by the end, i even started to enjoy the exercises. they made it fun and easy, and now i’m all healed up. it was great to have them!

Dan and Kyle were an awesome duo. They made me feel comfortable and helped me every step of the way. This healing journey hasn’t been easy but every week I felt more confident and less anxious with their help. Dan even helped me to find a brace for my knee at my last appt today. Not hoping to return due to another injury but if so, I would 100% request them!
