Be prepared to be treated like cattle. I showed up in plenty of time for my appointment, but was made to wait a half an hour. I was shuffled around assembly line style through three different doctors and technicians-all of whom cut me off when I was speaking. Staff were neither polite, nor certious, nor happy. Every person in there was in a rush and all the grumpier for it. Which is funny since they were late with the appointment to begin with. Also, while one of the technicians was cleaning my glasses (I did not ask her to) and she spent almost 30 seconds giving me the evil eye, like how dare I have dirty glasses.
