Had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen for a telehealth appointment. Made me late getting back to work. Then the nurse couldn't even upload pictures to show my doctor.

It’s not their problem! My mother is a patient and in an emergency situation. First I tried calling to have her medical records released to a neurologist and neurosurgeon. I received a call back saying, “just have her pop on by”to process. Obviously they had not listened to the message and the seriousness of the situation. Next, we got the medical release form, filled it in, she signed it and we emailed it to the facility. The records have not been released. My brother and mom called today to check on the progress and was told that Mary who handled it was out of the office and there was nothing that could be done. They’ve always been terrific and attentive, and they have helped me through a couple of health crises over the last decade. While it can take some time to get in to see the doctor herself, getting an appointment with the excellent NP has generally been pretty quick. All in all, I am really happy to have such a good practice here in town.

I went to this office in June of this year for a dermatology appointment which I had to wait for two months. When my husband and I entered the office there was a lady sitting at a table just inside the door. She wanted our temperature and gave us a mask. She was so rude and treated us as though we had the plague. I understand the mask in a medical facility not a problem. She then asked if we had the vaccine we told her that was none of her business and she stated that we could not be seen by the Doctor if we where not vaccinated. This was against my rights and and the right for medical care. We will be contacting the American Medical Association.
