Very welcoming, informative, and helpful. Mary had a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to talk with while also providing me with the help I needed in starting out with contacts. Although I've walked by Target Optical during nearly every Target run, I had never stopped in before. We were looking for a change of eye care and noticed Target Optical worked well with our insurance. Being newer to glasses, I have a hard time deciding what I want so it takes me a while to browse through the offerings. For the products geared toward women, there was a plethora of options. The person I worked with (I think her name was Mary) was a gem! She was patient, offered her expertise/ opinions, and was attentive. I worked with her again when my glasses came in. She helped to make sure the glasses fit to my liking. She was super personable and clearly people come in to work with her directly. Several people called to her by name upon arriving.

Mary was amazing! We chatted and she definitely made an excellent customer connection. She was kind, efficient, and fun! She put new pads on my glasses, cleaned them, straightened them, and tightened them up! I’m from out of state and I am seriously considering commuting here just so Mary can take care of my optical needs. Give this gal a raise!
