I walked into Target Optical and was immediately welcomed with a smile and a friendly, positive attitude. Teresa Mandese was my optician, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my options clearly while helping me choose the right frames and lenses. Teresa made the entire process easy and stress-free, and her professionalism combined with her kindness truly stood out. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. I highly recommend Target Optical and especially Teresa Mandese!

I had a great experience at this optical store in Winter Garden. Armando Benítez provided excellent customer service — he was very professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand and made sure I was completely satisfied. Christopher was so welcoming and helpful!! I wasn’t sure if I could walk in randomly and ask for the lens to be fixed in our sunglasses but Christopher quickly reassured me he would take care of it. Just got home and my husband is so happy to have his ray bans back. Thank you!! If we ever need glasses, you’ve got a customer in me!

The Providers are great. However, it’s taking more than 2 weeks for prescription glasses to come in. I have worn glasses for 30+ years and this is definitely atypical. No updates were provided, I had to call to attempt to get an update and even then I was told my order would be “escalated”. I don’t think I will order glasses from them again as this is a long time to wait for an order to come in.
