TC Eye Care

I love being able to get my eyes examined on a Saturday or Sunday because I need to work Mondays through Fridays. While many optometrists are closed on weekends, TC Eye Care is conveniently open on weekends. Dr. Chan is professional, knowledgeable, and has a good collection of eyewear that is low nose bridge friendly. Bonus: she speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin.

Your service is completely unacceptable. I was told my vision report couldn’t be emailed, then told an authorization form could be sent online, and finally told I should come in person. This is ridiculous and makes no sense. If you can send an authorization form online, you can send the report the same way.

Terrible experience!!! The doctor had a really bad attitude, especially after I said I wanted to get my glasses somewhere else. She didn’t even want to give me my prescription, and even WARNED me that I wouldn’t get good glasses if I didn’t buy from them. So "unprofessional." She rushed the whole exam — I was out in less than 5 minutes — and I honestly don’t know if she even did everything properly. Felt super uncomfortable. !!!!DO NOT come to this clinic!!!!

Dr. Chan was great and provided outstanding optometry care. She was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very satisfied with the service provided and would gladly return for my future vision needs.

If I could, I wouldn’t even give any stars, the workers and doctors give bad attitude, very impatient, and afterwards, they wouldn’t even give us the prescription, they also made us pay for our eyes results, after every check up, they make me and my kids mood change negatively, so that’s why we changed to a different eye doctor, NY partners ophthalmology 7ave 53 st, they are polite and have lots patience and better attitude.
