Temple Neurosciences Center at Jeanes Campus

As a caretaker to a disabled person, this practice is disgraceful. The medical assistant wanted to weigh my husband. The scale closest to the room we were in was not handicap accessible. The scale that was, was down a longish hallway. They were unable to get a weight bc my husband could not walk that far. Once in a room, she took his vitals (I had to tell her 3 times to speak up). We had to move to another room bc she place us in another drs room. My husband had to get back up and walk down the hall to the correct room (near the handicap friendly scale) which is horribly difficult for him. He managed but he was breathing hard and over exerted. I’m always disappointed when people in the medical profession overlook those with disabilities. It’s 2925 Temple Neurology!!! DO BETTER!

Dr Caplain is seeing my husband. She's great, she continues to look forward regarding his problem till we get an answer. She doesn't dismiss anything. We are extremely pleased with her, it took leaving our area and traveling 2hrs to our appointment but it's worth every mile. Thank you

My experience with this practice hasn't been good over the past year with Dr. Allman. Beside manner is poor, lack of knowledge and ability to diagnose poor and is rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. Staff usually unpleasant as well.

Very professional from the moment you walk in nice friendly staff. Dr Gettings is the best!

I love my doctor. I feel like I am getting the very best care here.
