The office lady was absolutely Unprofessional and rude. I had my guardian with me to check me into the appointment and She had a left so I could have privacy. This has never been an issue at any other doctors office. I am allowed to go into the doctors Room By myself At any other hospital or doctors visits I have ever been to. I am old enough to graduate high school and have a full-time job and drive But I can’t sit in a doctors room by myself and have a confidential talk? My guardian also thought that this was bs And waited in the waiting room anyways. I will say Dr. Jones was an amazing doctor Extremely nice and extremely professional. And the best doctor I’ve ever seen I wish he worked at a different place. The lady That took my vitals was also amazing and very kind. I would just expec

We really like Dr Day, he’s an excellent provider. If he left the practice I would consider following him to a new office. However, the Teton Medical office management needs a LOT of improvement, and has for years. Talking to a nurse is impossible (forgive me for not wanting a random receptionist with no medical training to know the gritty details of my family’s health). The front desk receptionists are extremely un-accommodating and passive aggressive *enter the hold button* Any time I’ve needed medical records I’ve been told they’ll contact me with the info, they never do (still waiting on immunization records requested over the phone and promised for delivery a month ago, in fact). Additionally, the office is not offering COVID vaccines this Fall, and with an immuno-compromised c

I went in after feeling nauseas for a month and all they did was ask if I could be pregnant. I am on birth control and told them it would be very unlikely. They did nothing else and just gave me some zofran to help. Well I went to my moms provider who actually helped me figure out that I have Leukemia. Over all very unsatisfying with the lack of care given.

Dr Jones is nothing short of amazing and has cared for my youngest son twice during hospital stays, and as a patient in clinic afterwards. I was so impressed and ready to move all my children to his practice for pediatric care, but misinformation and a denial of service by staff has made it nothing short of a nightmarish and embarrassing experience. My family will not frequent a place that will pick and choose which children they care for based on the ease of insurance coverage.

My family has been going to Dr. Jones for over 10 years. We love him as a doctor, but recently have had a lot of problems with his office, especially the billing department. The main billing lady is extremely dismissive and refuses to answer any of our questions. Sadly we have had to switch to a different clinic. I feel like this office is going to lose a lot of busy if something doesn’t change.
