Terrible experience. Waited one hour to see the doctor with no apologies. Appointment was at 9 AM and didn't see the doctor until 10 AM. Sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes listening to a loud television blasting in my ears and feeling freezing cold air coming from the air vents. It was 39 degrees outside and the air conditioner was running inside. I watched in horror as a woman in a wheelchair could not get over a piece of wood on the floor and get stuck. No one could help her until she was finally jarred free and over the ledge. There is nowhere in the exam room to put your personal items or hang your coat. No one in this office was nice. Awful service here. My doctor retired and the service has gotten terrible. Providers always looking at their watch... getting pushed to perform the visit in 15 minutes. Providers always at different locations and no notification as to where they are located for your appointment. I have gone to the wrong place twice, then they cancel and schedule you 2- 3 months further out after already waiting for the appointment. I have to repeat my history whenever I see them as if they don't have my medical record. I am changing doctors. I have given them to many chances and my health is at risk because of it.

I am a new patient of Dr. Freeman, the gastroenterologist seems professional, unfortunately the office staff and assistants are not doing their job. I had to cancel my procedure because they gave me the wrong codes several times. I went in person yesterday (because the billing department does not answer the phone) and the two staff ladies did not knew the codes either. I am very disappointed about this experience. I do not know where is the disconnect, it is not normal that they can't provide basic information to see if the insurance cover the expenses or not.I am in the process of looking for a new doctor due to this situation. I do not recommend this facility, I called to reschedule my procedure before,and the staff did not give me a call back, until hours before my procedure. I am glad

Poorly ran facility. The scheduling areas not done well, the office experience was aggravatingly slow and not helpful, and then they booked me in a facility that was not covered by my insurance even though they accept my insurance. Then they tried to reschedule it for another facility but said their only opening was on Christmas Eve (started appointments with them in August). They have been slow, unhelpful, and extremely poor at communicating for every single interaction I have had. Will go elsewhere. Kicker is they likely have no idea how bad they are and will not even miss my business. What a broken system and a terrible medical team.

The patient service i received from Tammy at Texas Endoscopy Center on Tuesday in Plano on Parker at Midway was the worst ever. The receptionists Tammy was extremely rude and cost me the ultimate inconvenience. This lady should never be in a position to work with the public of all people at all her mannerisms and professionalism is zero, she is completely oblivious to the GIA "patient first" motto is. I followed every step and protocol of the registration process only to find out when I got there there was another bill that I was unaware of. I followed all instructions. Drove all the way back home, to get a different card, she rescheduled unnecessarily. The doctor was professional and more than willing to continue on with my appointment/procedure, but this Tammy completely blocked it for n
