The Allergy Clinic

I can’t say enough good things about the nurses and practitioners at the allergy clinic. Every time we visit, we are met with genuine care, attentiveness, and professionalism. They go above and beyond in every aspect of patient care—not just in the clinic, but behind the scenes as well. Recently, they took it upon themselves to write an emergency appeal letter to our insurance to help get a critical medication approved for my son. This wasn’t something we asked or expected—they simply saw a need and acted with urgency and compassion. Their advocacy made all the difference. My son and I had appointments with Dr. Lisa Dargel yesterday and were blown away by her expertise and fabulous communication skills from the second she walked in the room. She was happy to have back and forth conversations with us and explained things to us in layman's terms, which we greatly appreciated. She made us feel welcome and relaxed and we immediately felt that we were not in good hands, we were in GREAT hands. Also, the office staff is 5-star all the way. The atmosphere of the office is so calm and everyone we encountered was so friendly and capable :-) We are excited to continue being a patient of Dr. Dargel's.

I give this place 5 stars I get allergy shots every 4 weeks and before I had to travel all the way to Sugarland and I live in manvel. I was looking for somewhere in my area to get the shots and this place is the first place I called to get my shots at. I have to do things differently then at the other clinic but it’s totally worth it to me. Saves me gas and I don’t have to give my bosses notices about being late and their opened on a Saturdays. I am a teacher and I work Monday - Friday, it’s very hard and stressful to find places opened on a Saturday that you can’t do on a weekday. I would recommend this place for anyone that needs allergy shots or other things. The employees are very helpful and nice, they aren’t rude or lazy and they are the nicest people. 5 stars for this business

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to fill out paperwork with my medical history - it was typed into the computer by the nurse at the beginning of my visit. I received a detailed printout of the visit before I left, and they found out if my insurance would cover the tests before I left. The doctor took time to explain and answer my questions. Glad my friend recommended them!

Great place. Dr. Malick is pure gold! He is a great listener! They will work with when visits get expensive as well as medications. I been on the end of being uninsured and insured, so believe me when I say they try to help you get treated the best way possible! I have no problems with the providers nor the staff. I am so great-full that my family member introduced me to him. When other providers didn't have answers on what was going on with me, they did.
