The Blossoms at Dierks Rehab & Nursing Center

My mother, aged 98, has resided in the Blossoms at Dierks, AR or over four years. The business staff has assisted us since the beginning helping to guide us through the financial aspects of her personal finances as well as with insurances. The nursing staff has kept her properly medicated according to her prescribed meds. They have provided routine medical visits to primary care physicians, dental professionals and vision professionals. A nurse overseeing her care contacts me immediately to alert me of any cause for bruising or medication changes. Mother is prone to have UTIs and we are alerted when she develops a case. All staff are friendly, helpful & informative when we visit or are present for any routine plan meetings. Our visitations are typically near dinner time. We visit with Mom

They take care of your family as if they were their own. Not to mention they have a very friendly, well-kept dog that walks in, and around the facility. Wouldn't choose any other place for a loved one!

My mother and now my husband's aunt have been residents at The Blossoms at Dierks. My husband's aunt, in her words, is having the time of her life! They really treat them like they are family. The care they give in all areas is excellent.

The staff has been so good to our Mother for many years. We appreciate each and every one of them!

My Dad is here, he is treated good and has only good things to say about the staff! We highly recommend!
