My child had a procedure by Dr Trott and then was in the PICU. The clinical care he received was exceptional and was done with kindness. Here are examples of some of the excellent team Registration (via phone)- Crystal solved an insurance hiccup The pre-op team- Gladys, Tori, Kim took time to explain everything in easy to understand ways focused on reducing stress and pain. The OR Team- Dr Trott, Dr McRae (AMAZING), and Nurse Erika were calm, caring, and competent PACU Nurse Biji- took such good care of him as he was waking up PICU- Nurses Kendra, Michelle, and Amanda cared for him effectively, efficiently, and answered all of his questions Pharmacist Mark- spent time doing research, focused on safety, very nice Patient Care Tech- Anastasia RN Case Manager- Debra Thank you everyone! Nina K, RN - a nurse at the nicu- probably one of the most nasty people you would ever meet. Has no compassion and has negative energy. She lets her ego take over her job. While doing her job she was just yapping to her friends talking about her in-laws not liking her (not a surprise) and giving dirty looks to parents and getting involved in situations she is not wanted. Highly unprofessional and honestly she has no place being a nurse in the nicu.

The nurses, staff and our Dr were all amazing. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. From the pre op to the adolescent floor where my daughter stayed for three days it all went smoothly and all that attended to her were helpful and kind.

Honestly I was here 15 years November 19th in pediatric orthopedic 2009 I had a 7 1/2 hour back surgery. The doctors and the nurses were definitely amazing. I’ll always remember I kept on pushing the car button for the nurse every five seconds because I think my back was in pain I think sometime this year I don’t remember it was in March when my ex-boyfriend was living in that area on New Brunswick. I decided to take a ride to the hospital and it was a flashback to my memory. To be honest. It just sucks. I couldn’t go upstairs. Sadly I wanted to see if Polly was still there

Misdiagnosed, medically abused, and harmed a 4 year old child. Cockroaches 🪳 in the rooms, nurses dropping things on the floor and using those items still. They sedate babies in their PICU and just leave them there to suffer, majority of the time alone, with no guardian or parents there for the child. Negligence doesn’t even define the treatment.
