Sweet Alresa is my longest LTR (no small feat considering I met my wife 20 years ago), and has been doing my brows for over two decades. Whether it's at this location or Cloud Nine, she's been unbeatable when it comes to ongoing brow shaping and care. She's also a master at subtle yet impactful lash tints and lifts, which I get a handful of times every year. Can't imagine trusting anyone else with my brows and lashes.

Had my first Lash lift ever here and I loved the results! I felt the price was great for the service I recieved. I will be going back!

Got stood up today. No one inside. No one answered my calls. And in the following several hours, no one returned my voicemails regarding if I was automatically charged for the session or not. This appointment was made with weeks of notice and I was looking foward to it. I used the website for times that the business said it had openings. I'm more than disappointed. I'm looking for a new place, if anyone has recommendations!

After trying many different estheticians in the East Bay I finally found Alresa at The Brow Lounge. She has helped me shape and regrow my eyebrows after all the over plucking I did in the 00’s. She’s very sweet and great at her job. She is also the best when it comes to lash perms. Can’t recommend enough!

Always greeted in a friendly atmosphere. Work is very good. Staff always on time and if there is a delay, you are notified right away. The staff offers you tea to calm your nerves. Closed now due to COVID19 and I sure miss everyone. The services that I receive are brow and eyelash tint. Eyelash perm also.
