The Center For Advanced Heart Failure

Waited for TWO hours to see the Doctor. When i entered waiting room after an hour being In horrible traffic I went to get some coffee. There is no coffee. Went to front desk. She said she would check on it. I had to go back up to front desk bc she forgot to check. She said she had to go talk to manager. She came back and said due to covid there is no coffee. Really? Coffee is everywhere in this medical facility. Unbelievable! Going on three hours and still nothing to drink for patients and their caretakers.

The coordinator gave me this number to call and get help with my moms medication. The lady (sounded black) lied there was no help and that they were close I call several times and another nice lady transfer me to Jessica coordinator to get the help I needed. See the First Lady who answer is not doing her job I really hope she never goes through the same thing we did having a family memeber with a heart transplant ,heartless lazy lady!

Worst staff and nurse ever. Called multiple times left messages for Connie she never returns my calls or refills my medication. When she does finally speaks to me she screams at me and tells me to call pharmacy to request refill. Have complained mutile times and management does not make changes. Spoke to Dr. Dar about it and he takes staff side never the patient.

A waste of time and money, including most of the staff. I have been waiting 13 years for a heart and kidney. But, they play mind games with you, and there is so some discrimination involved too when you go through the process. So, l have to leave that place.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing the people who work here are. They deserve 10 stars. Thank you for keeping my loved one alive.
