From start to finish, this was a great experience. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in process quick and smooth. I felt greeted and valued right away. I saw Laura O’Donovan and she was extremely thorough and attentive during my visit. She took the time to truly understand my situation, listened carefully, and explained everything clearly. She was also very understanding and thoughtful in her approach, making sure my care plan was appropriate for my needs. Based on that, she recommended and prescribed physical therapy, which I really appreciated. Overall, this office provided excellent care with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. I would highly recommend this orthopedic practice.

Dr. Salib has a wonderful bedside manner and made my husband feel comfortable asking him any questions. He utilized a module to explain the surgery he would be performing and spent time reviewing his x-rays with him. Five stars!

Tara is abolutely the best therapist with an awesome personality. Pushes you but not over the top. Knowledgeable and designs a routine that you can master and challenges you all at the same time. Range of motion has returned after torn rotator cuff surgery and now just working on soreness and complete shoulder function!

The first step was remarkable; the receptionist was incredibly polite and understanding. The knowledge and the experience was top notch. She took us right away and allowed me to see the surgeon without a prior appointment for an emergency procedure. My pain was at a level 10, yet within 15 minutes, I was meeting with a hand surgery specialist ( Dr. Max Hamaker). This level of service was unprecedented for me. The surgeon swiftly performed the necessary procedure to cut and release the infection! The agony was unbearable, and although I know I was suppose to go to the emergency room, I opted out because of the lengthy wait times. I have immense respect for this office, the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor (Dr. Max Hamaker). Thank you!

Very nice, but when I call and leave a message, it takes days before I get a call back. Couldn't find the scedule I had and needed to make sure I wasn't missing an appointment. Missed my first appointment and now charged for it. Then my second appointment was canceled because the PT wasn't coming in. Now it's been three weeks and I've only had an evaluation. I have to wait for next week to have my first visit. I understand things happen, but this is truly inconvenient especially when I need this to prevent possible surgery.
