What a great experience in had today at Monmouth family health care Dental. Front Receptionists are friendly and helpful both Emere and Veronica. Are excellent. X ray technician and doctor Driscoll Made the visit a pleasure can't say enough about The staff and overall experience I had there.

Poor service, family made an appointment about month and a half ago and 20 minutes today before appointment for brother in law , front desk is being nasty and not helpful. Front desk called saying there's no insurance and can't be covered and price is $100 to be seen. Front desk lady was yelling at family and not supportive or even trying to problem solved , just saying " so what are you going to do about it?" What kind of front desk is at this doctor Barry's clinic?????? Highly don't recommend this location!!!!!! Front desk lady needs to be responsible/respectful and fired.... It's not about the money, it's about the lack of service and communication with families.

I have full coverage because I'm on Medicare and I have access to different dental facilities. But I choose to come to Mama's because I've always liked how pleasant the people are I've always appreciated the good service I've received and the quality of the service is always good. They do a very good job.

This is a wonderful place - so clean and plain and every staff member kind, caring, and funny. This was my 1st visit but I felt like I knew them for years. Or was it the other way around - that they'd known me for years and knew exactly how to put me at ease? Yes, more like that. Good, good place.

Back in January I called repeatedly for help for my severely disabled son. I did talk to someone once and was told that we couldn't follow the usual routine of going into the hospital, even though the previous director said my son was on a priority list to go into the hospital, and to make an appointment and to tell the people at the desk to not transfer me to this person again. after that, they either dropped my calls, or, after I left voicemails, saying he needs urgent care, they never returned any of my calls. He's been there for over 20 years. I don't understand this. I may sound worried but I've always been polite. But no one calls back and my son is suffering because of this.
