I cannot recommend Jessie Dillon enough! She first did my permanent brows in the spring of 2024, and yesterday I went back for a color boost—I couldn’t be happier. Her studio is absolutely spotless, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, and she immediately makes you feel at home. Jessie is incredibly knowledgeable and a true artist. She transformed my very sparse brows, and last year she also did my permanent eyeliner and lips—WOW. Her work is flawless, and I receive compliments all the time. Jessie is Absolutely Amazing! I've now had my brows, upper lash line and freckles done and everything Jessie does comes out perfect! I was apprehensive about getting lip blushing done because as an African American, I had darker lips. I heard good things about Jessie’s work so I decided to take the plunge. Jessie went over everything with me ie what to expect, what to not expect, risks and potential rewards with proper after care. Now after a few sessions I’m loving my lip color. The Glow Factory is a wonderful studio! Recently I had ombré powder brows done by Jessie. Jessie is great, and I highly recommend her! I had lost much of brows due to chemotherapy (they were sparse to begin with), and they did not grow back. For years I have penciled in my brows, and was depressed about that. I dreamed about having ’real brows’ and not have to worry about drawing them or covering up with glasses. My powder brows are really nice: subtle, soft, and a great shape and color. I can’t believe the great job Jessie did, and how she was able to create such a perfect shape. Jessie is a true artist and a master at her craft, with a calm and soothing manner. Got my brows done by Jessie in 2021 and I've gotten them touched up once since! She did such a fantastic job & I cannot recommend her enough. Her energy and vibes are amazing and even though I kept sneezing during the entire process, she was very patient with me 😂 can't wait to get my brows done again!
