The Lauder Family Cardiovascular Ambulatory Center at Mount Sinai Fuster Heart Hospital

I am so impressed with this hospital ! I had the TAVR procedure done just yesterday and while terrified and vulnerable I had the most amazing care , The nurses were all exceptional. Most especially Brittany ( a God send ) and Hannah . But then EVERYONE who checked on me were wonderful, I felt SEEN and protected . Amazed at the caliber of all Mt Sinai employees ! I am so appreciative of their kindness and empathy ..

Nurses are very professional great workers beast of the best all Doctors Dr. Ahmed. Al. Ashmuy and many more greatest Sequerty beast of the beast rules. Only one thing to allow 3 visitors instead of two. And making allowances of one family schedule every day. To be staying out of the 3 visitors

The doctors are very informative and helpful. The wait is always an hour or more. Please have a better system for 2020! Happy holidays and new year! Thank you for all you do Evelyn

I love this place. They treat you so well. The atmosphere is so wonderful. They don’t look at the color of your skin, but how they can help you. My mom is treated here for her congestive heart failure. The Doctors have turned her symptoms around so quickly. The entire building is spotless. Bathrooms are extremely clean. The staff are always willing to help. Absolutely no waiting time over 10 mins for scheduled appointments. This is how a hospital should be run.

Receptionist that see patients when they first come in are terrible. They are at a huge round desk. They do not greet you. There are 5-7 people sitting there not acknowledging people when they come in. You have to say something to them. I saw several people come in not knowing where to go and they sat there continuing their conversation. Once you go to the 2nd waiting area with seats people are pleasant and friendly.
