I really would love to go to this clinic but I filled out an online appointment and was emailed back by Jessica to "read attach forms", there was nothing attached. I have replied back to the person 3 times in the last 2 months and she still does not reply to me. Jessica Shinn. I tried to call a few times now and I am on hold for 10 minutes at a time ( this may be due to me calling on my lunch break and them being on break too). But I can't leave a message (no option) and I don't have time to sit on hold. The doctors here are amazing. No, the main entrance is not accessible for wheelchairs/strollers but I see no reason to give the whole practice a negative review for this. Or for the fact someone forgot to email you some forms. 😂😂
Great office, always had a good experience. Dr. Oishi is fantastic and his team is great.
Good team of geneticists and genetic counselors.
