Nice, small, hometown pharmacy. Helpful staff.

Pros: convenient location, drive thru Cons: zero customer care. They don't notify you or your doctors office if they can't fill an rx. No follow up if your rx requires prior authorization.. either with doctors office or patient. I will fill elsewhere from now on.

Medicine Shoppe has been around my whole life, created by Kurt and Jeanie Saunder...amazing people❤️ Always welcomed at the window or walking in the door. If not for them, the lower end of the county would be forced to drive to Gloucester or Mathews just to get something filled.

People are great and it is convenient being only a few min from my house. I give it only 3 stars because it is way to expensive if self pay (I have no idea what prices are like with insurance). All 5 of our prescriptions range from 5-15 dollars cheaper at most other places per 30 day supply. This is even with the goodrx discount. If they were only a couple dollars more I would continue using this place for the convenience of it but I'm in Gloucester enough that I can just make a quick stop to a pharmacy out there and save a ton of money every 90 days. Again, the people are really nice but that doesn't make up for the large price difference.
