The New York & Presbyterian Hospital

I arrived in the morning for surgery. I was allowed upstairs quickly just filled out some paperwork on the computer kiosk which is so much easier and modern very clean lots of security. They were very helpful and I went up to the surgical floor and I was taking immediately the place is so clean so bright The nurses were just top notch. My nurse’s name was Farin she was awesome. Everybody took such amazing care of me. The rooms are just clean as they can be. I was taken into surgery within an hour of arriving at the hospital, which is unheard of other hospitals. They let you sit for hours waiting. Once all the doctors came in to explain what was gonna happen and who’s who it was smooth sailing as soon as I got to the back, the operating rooms are all numbered and there was frosted glass doo

The New York & Presbyterian Hospital is highly regarded for expert care and advanced treatments, but busy facilities can cause long wait times and occasional delays.

Front security lady was so rude. We were there to see our cousin and she started off by calling, making faces and then telling us “he has too many visitors upstairs while there was only 1 person”. She started murmuring something and told us to move on the side while we were talking…. I found it really rude and unprofessional. People go to hospital to see and cheer their loved ones… not to be treated mistreated.

NYP.. No doubt has the best service in Nyc. My son has been admitted since Friday 4/26 until president.. and the service that he has received is absolutely phenomenal!!! I just would like to thank the entire staff on the 5thFl... they were very passionate and have excellent customer service!! I'm super proud of how they all work together as a team... all the patients are being well attended to... Thanks you guys for your outstanding service during this difficult time with my son....May God continue to bless you.. Taking care of people on any level can be very challenging..... You guys make it look easy.... My son has cerbral palsy... and he have received outstanding care I'm greatful... thanks once again... Big Big thanks to #Rn: Nathan 7am-7pm shift... Blessings

Being here twice on time and had to wait 40min+ each time for my appointment. Update: 1+ hour for the third visit.
