The Oaks

Piper Silva the Wound Care Nurse has done a phenomenal job of healing my Mothers pressure sores, which were the result of a 10 day hospital stay. Piper‘s care and dedication to ensure a 94 year-old woman’s wounds were healed is extraordinary the care and concern that she exhibited was outstanding. She healed the pressure sore on her heel and Has almost completely healed the one on her buttocks as well. She should be commended she goes far above and beyond what is Required to ensure my mother was getting the proper care and the wound was being treated properly to ensure it could heal successfully. My dad is at the Oaks for rehabilitation and has been there for a little over a week. From the start I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the level of services my dad is getting from the staff. Everyone I meet are true professionals. It is very clear the employees care about the patients and are proud of their facility. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to have dad rehab at the Oaks.

My 90 year old uncle is there. He came in for rehab after an hospital stay and has now transitioned into long term care. The business office, counselors and case managers have been wonderful to deal with and very informative. The health care providers are kind and knowledgeable and my uncle really likes them. You feel welcome when you visit!

My friend who was there received very good care. We never had an issue getting responses from the team. There was an issue where they didn’t request a chair ride for a Dr appt but thankfully it was resolved a day later.
