I was referred to Jess by my chiropractor and I am so grateful! Once I heard she did massage, cupping, scraping, hot stones, and laser therapy in a 2-hr session, I was completely sold. I've never seen a massage therapist who incorporated a wide variety of techniques in a single session, so I was excited to try it. I booked online, which was very easy to do and completed intake forms electronically prior to showing up to my appointment. At my appointment, Jess asked me some questions and explained her process to me before we got started. Her room was at the perfect temperature and the ambiance was nice, clean and calming. Jess's intention to heal others is very genuine. She is very attentive, easy to talk to, and she is transparent. She really took her time to understand my health history in the best way possible, which helped to narrow down the best treatment options for me while taking into consideration certain contraindications. Throughout the treatment, she would often check up on me to make sure I'm comfortable and if she felt there was something more she could do to better treat certain areas, she'll ask if it would be okay to try it and she'll even bring up the prices so there's no surprise fee at the end. 5 stars doesn’t do Jess justice! Sessions are personalized and very thorough. You’ll never leave wishing she’d focus on that one spot more or used more/less pressure. You request it and Jess is on it, and trust me, she can apply some serious pressure! I love it! Jess utilizes many different techniques and therapies throughout the session and is amazing at it all! If you’re having any sort of pain, the laser therapy is a miracle worker! I was having nerve pain in my foot for months and after just the first session, a week later it’s almost unnoticeable! Jess is now a permanent and highly anticipated part of my recovery routine!

Highly recommend for anyone that needs any type of pain relief. Jess was absolutely amazing and she took me in very last minute. She was immediately responsive and wonderful from start to finish. She took the time to understand any of my injuries or past pains so that she could treat me appropriately. She also explained every step of her treatments clearly and the reasons why she uses them. She always asked if I was comfortable and was very communicative throughout. I went in with a lot of pain, and I came out feeling so much relief. I went in to see Jess about a large knot in my shoulder that wasn’t going away. It was a sharp pain that I felt even without moving. My hand also felt sore and weak. Jess was so thorough, and I appreciate all the time she spent discussing things with me. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The 2 hour session was exactly what I needed and the perfect amount of time for Jess to go through her list of treatments! The laser, scraping and cupping were amazing. Her massage was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I also appreciate her tips and advice on things I can do to improve my circulation and pain in between sessions. It’s been 2 days and my shoulder and hand feel so good. I will definitely be going back again!
