The Pediatric Center of Frederick - Solarex Ct

We were fortunate enough to find The Pediatric Center of Frederick (not to be confused with Frederick Pediatric which I would not be providing 5 stars) for our newborn daughter. I was amazed that in both our visits so far the waiting room was empty. The business does a great job controlling the patient’s appointment and we have never waited. Both doctors we have seen have been professional, take time to explain infant wellness, and provide us tips on being new parents.

Well love the ease of the location and appointment making. Dr. Mugera and her staff are amazing. They take there time and they care so much. Could not be happier with our choice of pediatrician.

Pediatricians are okay, but The front desk is horrible; her attitude is disrespectful and careless, she Answer yes or no or tells you “can’t do it" -without any reasoning or find a way to fix it or accommodate it. Additionally, they Never have appointments for sick patients; even when their own doctor has recommended seeing the child after two-three days.

Taylor the MA was great. Dr. K seemed thorough, but she had a rough demeanor and she was not great with communication. Front desk staff was wonderful.

My son has been a patient here for over a year. I have had him misdiagnosed a few times. I have spent more than 15 minutes on the phone holding to make appointments every time I call. Also, I have been required to make 2 visits for wellness checks and shots on a circumstance (probably so they could bill for 2 office visits). There have also been issues with me leaving messages and not recieving a response. I don't recommend this pediatrics office.
