I can’t say enough good things about the pharmacy of Shannon Hills! I switched over from Walgreens and have never looked back. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different. The entire staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. They truly make you feel like family instead of just another customer passing through. Callie and her team go above and beyond every single time. They’re always quick to answer questions, keep me updated on prescriptions, and make sure everything is handled smoothly. What really stands out is the personal touch, they even texted my son on his birthday! It’s small things like that that show how much they genuinely care about their customers. I have always just used a large chain pharmacy. I mean I felt it was convenient for me if I was going to town id just swing by and get my meds. Uh no!! I was so wrong. I started using shannon hills pharmacy honestly because Callie is the wife of my landlords son. Seriously. Lol. I have not regretted my decision! Callie doesn't "know" me. But that doesn't matter. She cares for all her customers! And we in turn care for her and her employees and family! Melissa takes care of me and is my neighbor! If I ever need anything. I know all I have to do is ask and I'll be taken care of. They even call me when I have a prescription up there that I didnt realize was waiting. If you havent yet swapped to shannon hills pharmacy we forgive you. But you better do it quick bc they will care for you

I switched to Shannon Hills Pharmacy when I moved to Sardis. Everytime I pick up a prescription, I’m reminded of how glad I am that I did! They are all wonderful! The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to take care of whatever need you have. We are so lucky to have a neighborhood pharmacy and especially one that consistently exceeds expectations. Thank you Shannon Hills Pharmacy! We love you!

The pharmacy staff is always friendly yet professional. They know our names and always help us getting refill orders from the medical providers and accommodate our needs in an efficient manner. Another thing I love is the fast dispatch of our medicines, never have to wait like you do at CVS, Walmart or Walgreens. I recommend them 100%

The Pharmacy of Shannon Hills takes care of our family so well! They work with our doctors to make sure all of our medications are filled in a timely manner. Every single time we stop by, all of the staff has been friendly and helpful. I LOVE LOVE LOVE our sweet pharmacy and all the staff there!! ❤️
