The Portland Clinic-Tigard Urgent Care

I had mri without and with contrast performed by Cameron. He was fantastic! Great calming personality and explained each step. I didn’t even feel the needle in my arm. This procedure went very well largely due to Cameron’s great experience

Dr. Saeed was a major help to me today. I had a stomach virus and his explanation of my symptoms and bedside manner were top notch. I really appreciated his help, and would highly recommend him to other potential patients.

The doctors are fine but check-in procedures and personnel leave a lot to be desired. The website asks for time of arrival and cautions that if you miss that time you will be placed at the end of the queue. However, until you have checked in in person you are not in the queue so that is horribly misleading. Upon checking in I was told the wait was an hour so I decided to leave for a half hour and return. When I left she unchecked me, took me out of the queue. She said I walked away too fast to let me know that I had to stay in the building but of course they have my phone number and email to reach out but did not do that. A complaint was greeted with utter nonchalance.

I almost skipped this place because someone gave them 1 star (one of those people who just wasn't made to feel special, I suppose.), so glad I didn't! This urgent care center is BY FAR the most professional, modern, and best staffed of its kind! I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in. I was triaged within 20 min, and in radiology 10 minutes after that! This was for a slip and fall incident...nothing exotic. Checked out ok, thankfully! Nothing but gratitude and respect to all who helped me out! The place was outstanding. I've seen the norm, trust me...they exceed what we have all grown accustomed to! 10/10

The Portland Clinic Tigard Urgent Care office is convenient because I live not too far from there. I just wish they had longer hours especially on weekends. The care I have received there has been absolutely excellent. Highly recommended! Just my opinion, folks!
