I cannot recommend Michelle enough! She gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I came in with a lot of tension in my upper back, neck, and glutes, and she was able to release all of it. She was incredibly thorough and really took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most attention. Michelle has an impressive knowledge of the body and clearly understands technique — she worked through my knots with confidence and precision while still making the experience relaxing. Her attention to detail truly sets her apart. I left feeling lighter, looser, and absolutely amazing. I had a massage last week with Michelle and it was a fabulous experience! Michelle was very flexible with my scheduling (booked 60 minutes, then changed my mind to 90). We were able to discuss my key concerns then she worked her magic. I felt immense relief, especially in my neck and shoulders, and slept incredibly that night. The best part was it was so effective without any bruising. She gave me a few suggestions to help with my specific concern areas that no other PT or chiro I've seen in the last three years suggested - and its helped immensely! I'm so glad I found Michelle!
