The Smilist Dental Syosset

I had such a great experience at The Smilist. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and runs right on time, which I really appreciate. My hygienist was gentle but thorough, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I felt genuinely cared for, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and they were great about answering questions and helping with insurance. If you’re looking for friendly, reliable, and high-quality dental care, I highly recommend The Smilist. I’m so glad I found this office!

Came in for my first 6-month cleaning and exam — super happy with the experience. Front desk staff were really friendly and welcoming. I brought x-rays from my last dentist, so no need to redo them. Jennifer, the hygienist, was awesome — my teeth felt super clean, and she explained why I had sensitivity in a few spots. The dentist was also great (wish I remembered her name!). Definitely glad I found this place.

I recently had dental work done with Dr. Elstein, and it was a wonderful experience. She is very kind, caring, and takes the time to listen and explain everything she’s doing. Her gentle approach made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire treatment. Her assistant, Jennifer, was also amazing—kind, respectful, and an excellent communicator. Together, they made my dental visit truly pleasant and stress-free.

The staff n Doctor couldn't be more friendly and caring..I wasn't sure what the outcome was with my broken tooth. They took me as a emergency patient when they were closing. Explained to me in detail everything...if you need a dentist please try them first you won't be disappointed at all

Dr. GOLDSTEIN, Perry & staff were great. They're professional & very accommodating to your needs. Dr. Goldstein had to redo a root canal that had been previously done several years ago. He's not only proficient but took time to calm me & explain thoroughly what was going on & what needed to be done. He explained the procedure fully all the while taking into consideration that I was in utter terror having had a terrible & traumatic experience as a child. Didn't feel a thing during or after the procedure. He is a gifted & talented specialist. A warm thank you to Perry for supporting me through the procedure.
