Appears safe. When in doubt just drive to the higher floors to park. All the money that is charged I suggest they have the digital signs to tell you when a level is full. Had to wait for an attendant to scan a badge to exit. To it's defense it was event parking. $30. Anyway no real complaint.
It's a parking garage on the UT campus, centrally located so you can go anywhere conveniently. The double exits and entrances were also a huge help.
Best place to park near the university
Great location. Easy access and free.
