Thrifty White Pharmacy

Me and my sister came in THREE times today we were being yelled at and treated with complete disrespect! I understand there was a misunderstandings and miscommunication with the doctors but that is not a reason to yell at us! The last time I came in I sat for 40 MINUTES! I work in costumer service and if I ever talked to someone that way I would be let go. I hope this come up to the person in charge because they need to rethink your employees. And if you were the 2 people talking to us if you were treated that way what would you think?

I originally switched here from CVS because they had the medication I needed (CVS was always out). The problem is, in order to actually get your prescription, you have to ask them 2 or 3 times, as they always forget to actually fill it. 9 out of 10 times I go in after calling the day before to verify it is being filled only to be told nobody ever called (except me the day before of course). At this point I’m just going back to CVS. They may be out, but at least they actually fill the prescription.

I went to return a med to get it. Put in a bubble pack because it's a controlled substant for my adhd. I live in a group home and the lady at the window. Rudely said, what did you call ahead? And I said, I don't need to I was told to bring it back if it's not in a bubble pack, and she rudely took the med. And was like fine, I'll do that for you. Give me a minute. Some of the ladies that work there are very rude

I had amazing customer service inquiring about something my own pharmacy had on back order. In fact, I switched pharmacies because of it. Fran went beyond my expectations, supplied what I needed, made recommendations, explained product differences and got me an excellent substitute for less money in a few days. What's not to love? Very happy I checked them out.

The ladies at Thrifty White in Willmar always treat my daughter and I like family. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. We love them and plus they’re all really cute;)
