Have been waiting for 4 days to hear back from my doctor regarding an abnormal MRI. I have called and left messages, I have talked to the front desk and they said they would email Dr. Basumalik. Today I have been calling and not once was I able to speak to someone because no one is answering the phones. Neither Dr. Basumalik not his nurse cared enough to return my message or call me to discuss my test results. Overall a horrible experience.

Friendly and professional. Able to walk in a few days before my appt and get my blood test at 6am and the results are ready for my annual physical two days later. Great Doctors, really spend time with you. Talks with me about all aspects of my life that affect my health. Love the online portal, all my records in one place.

I love Dr. Dharia. She listens to all of my problems and will work with helping me. Not a single moment she has brushed me off and is very knowledgeable. I have never left without any confusion. I'm not surprised that it may be a little tough to make an appointment with her. She is amazing and hardworking. I also love all the nurses in there! Thank you for making me feel comfortable. My only issue with this clinic is the reception itself. Some of the employees I have spoken to on the phone sound a little... off. I don't feel good when speaking to them. I have experience myself in customer service and reception so I have noticed some things they may need to improve but it is not my place to say about it. This is the most awful unprofessional uncomfortable and inconsiderate Drs office I have ever experienced! It's the kind of place where they are gossiping abt every single patient instead of trying to care for them. And we are a military family so weve been around the block. They do not care abt thier patients at all anytime your actually Ill they wont see you! Worst experience of my life I finally threw in the towel with them today when I called with flu and strep been in bed for 4 days with a twmp of 104 they couldn't get me in yesterday or today and didn't offer a future apt either apparently they dont want sick ppl in thier office. They do t even deserve 1 star

Always friendly, and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the medical staff. I appreciate that so much. Mary Cherry Burns, and Gwendolyn Bishop, work perfectly together. I love them very much.
