I really appreciate how easy it is to get in and see the provider. There’s never any wait time, and everyone is always friendly, kind, and courteous. I also love that the provider comes in right away everything moves quickly and smoothly. Overall, it was a great second visited experience. I really enjoyed my visit. The PA listened closely to everything I shared and explained my questions about my medications clearly. She also went over my echocardiogram in great detail and made sure I understood every part of it. She was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my concerns. She truly seems to care about her patients and loves what she does. I look forward to seeing her again in May 2026.

I don’t usually do this, But this time I definitely . I would like to sayhow much I appreciate Dr. Cepeda’s And her nursing staff. You see I was running late After the 15 minute window. I had to get a friend to drive me to the appointment because I had taken medication for a migraine. The medication makes me loopy and drops my blood pressure. Her staff worked me in. The Front desk department was very very kind. They quickly called the nurse who quickly answered and worked me into their schedule. I didn’t wait long Before I was taken back. The nursing staff is so wonderful there and so efficient. I kept saying I was sorry For putting them behind. And they kept telling me, That it was OK. I would give 10+ stars if I could. The experience was perfect from the minute I enter the door to the minute I exited. Laura (NP)was very polite, informative and was able to answer all my questions.

The other week, I spent half an hour watching Dr. Shaun Tiwari talk over my fiancé, condescend to her and complain endlessly about her asking for one referral that he didn't think was necessary. Some context is that she hadn't gotten blood work he'd ordered and hadn't followed through on a referral he made. But there's more context than that: she DID get a much more invasive test done, and we had trouble fitting in the blood work when LabCorp is scheduling two months out. She also had previously gotten the same blood work a few months earlier, and she showed him those results. As for the referral, it was to an out-of-network provider, and part of the reason for today's appointment was to get a new referral because she went to the trouble of finding an in-network alternative. Everything went well. The triple bypass surgery went very well. My recovery has been steadily progressing to be better and better every day. I am following my doctor's instructions for how to not hurt myself while I'm healing. I'm alive and that's what matters right now.
