These people have got their patient care functioning with military precision - in and out and wrapped up in less than an hour. And it wasn’t because I was the only patient- there were many people ahead of me. They didn’t skimp on the caring and kindness for efficiency’s sake. They need to give lessons to others.

I found everyone at TOC to be very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated Patti’s welcoming presence and her willingness to assist. Naiomi (with the extra “i”) at check‑in was also incredibly kind and thoughtful—her offer to bring the forms to me for signature rather than having me return to the desk was truly appreciated. Jacob Nelson was pleasant, but I felt there was a noticeable lack of empathy during the visit. While he presented the available options, there wasn’t much guidance or context. I chose the cortisone injection, which did help, but it caused my glucose to spike to nearly 400. Everyone was very caring. Dr Nelson kept apologizing for hurting me as he was trying to get my bones back into place temporarily while I await surgery. The professionalism from staff from the receptionist until I left was greatly appreciated. I fractured my tibula, fibula, and another bone that started with a m. My experience yesterday was awesome . Dr. Ashley took the time to listen to my concerns and understood how much pain I was in. She really have ease my mind and gave me a lot of comfort. I would definitely recommend Toc now. Thank you so much.

My experience during my visit at TOC’s urgent care was phenomenal! My PA and Joseph were professional, customer friendly and made me feel comfortable when services were provided.
