Tooth Caboose: Dr.Tanya Bejarano DDS, Dr.Daniel Ruffolo DDS MSD

We love Tooth Caboose for both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. We drive from Lakeland to Plant City, because Dr. Ruffalo and Nicki are the best. Nicki especially is so friendly and personable and puts my boys right at ease in the chair. Another orthodontist had recommended my pre-teen son have his jaw shaved or 4 adult teeth removed to make more space, but Dr. Ruffalo gave us a second opinion to use a much easier process, and we have never looked back. Mila the golden doodle (pictured) who visits the patients in the office is so sweet and makes the experience even better. So thankful we found Tooth Caboose!

We shopped around for Pediatric dentistry and Ortho in Plant City and ended up finding both at one practice! Our main goal for our 7 year old was to create proper spacing for tongue placement in hopes to help open her airway so she could sleep with her mouth closed. Dr. Ruffolo and team heard our concerns and made the process of mouth expansion and orthodontic care super easy. I’m a huge question asker and I was highly satisfied with the way he explained things. He guided but ultimately allowed us (parents) to make the best educated decision for her. Shout out to Nikki for always making V feel safe in the chair! Her chairside-manner always put us at ease!

We had a great experience at Tooth Caboose. They got us in immediately for an emergency visit and were very patient and kind with my daughter who was nervous about treatment. At the end of the visit she said she had a great time and only ever wants to go there for her dental needs.

So impressed and thankful! Everything about this facility was excellent! Dentist was thorough and hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my child’s teeth. Wishing we would have switched here sooner!

Gabriel got his braces on for the first time today. What a great experience. His fears were addressed and the staff were so patient and knowledgeable. Our dental assistant gave him great education on potential problems with his braces, how to overcome them and how to care for his teeth. We are so grateful for Dr. Ruffolo and his staff!
