He has always been professional but always helps us to laugh. Because of Jake I can move and do what I haven't been able to do in a long while. He also cares how you are doing with your emotions, for which I am very thankful for. I don't like to talk about the pain I am in because who really wants to listen, and they can't do a thing to help me. He allows me to freely express my experience with pain. I always feel so much better because he understands. He always knows just exactly the form of treatment I need and 99% of the time I leave so much better than when I came physically and mentally. Excellent, professional care for my wife during her stroke recovery. Have also received good chiropractic care for my sore back. I would particularly recognize Dr. Erik Klein for dividing his time between the different locations of the Town Health clinics and give his good care.

Dr. Hayes diagnoses the source of my discomfort quickly. He then proceeds to release the area before completing treatment. Very pleasant and welcoming. Get you back to full operational status in no time. Highly recommend.
