Dr. Tanner was an awesome therapist to work with. He answered everyone of my questions, and I had a lot l! The patience and knowledge in him you won’t find anywhere else. If you are going through a neck issue come to him. I did mine virtually. Very easy to follow and he was there to answer all my questions. Def will recommended for any neck issues!

I can’t say enough about working with Tanner for my neck pain. I strengthened not only my body but also my awareness on what was actually causing my pain. Having the app with daily workouts and being able to message with questions and always quick responses really worked awesome for me. Ive gone to PT in the past and not as good of results. Thank you Tanner for all your help and support.

Dr. Tanner has been an excellent virtual physio. He’s very knowledgeable and always took the time to explain what was going on and why we were doing certain exercises. What really stood out was how available and responsive he was, and how much he helped calm my radiculopathy symptoms along the way. I never felt rushed or left guessing. Highly recommend.

I have a bulging disc at C5 and C6. I know that from an MRI that was ordered 2 years after having wild symptoms…stomach issues…dizziness…intense headaches….lymphatic problems…this was taking over my life…. I highly recommend connecting with Dr. Tanner if you’re experiencing pain, discomfort, and/or mobility issues. He developed a plan for me to relieve shoulder and neck pain that was preventing me from my continuing my yoga practice. The exercises he provided have helped immensely and he’s always available for any questions.
