Tracy Stevenson, PA

I Love Tracy, I really do. yes there is a but, I called the office long before my mammogram appointment to ask for them to send over a referral so I can get my mammogram. The medical assistant told me that they would do that, I thought everything was said and done. So I checked today my appointment is on Saturday. Today is Thursday my 96 year-old mother has an appointment tomorrow with her eye doctor. Because I have not been in in over a year, they would not send the referral over. And I didn’t get a call nor a message. Needless to say, I had to cancel my mammogram appointment. Communication could be better. So the reason for my review is Communication is key. No mammogram for me until I can find time away from my caregiver responsibility.

I had an excellent experience with Tracy Stevenson, PA. I just moved to AZ. She was very personable, showed concern, and answered all my questions. She did not rush me along like I was just a number. I appreciated her help with my follow up to my physical six months ago in TX. She actually took the time to review my lab results from a previous physical exam with another doctor.

I needed an acute care appointment. The front office found a cancellation and got me in pretty quickly. Tracy Stevenson, of course, always listens, checks things out, and has a solid course of action. I was in an out in very short order and Tracy ordered the blood tests to make sure my blood chemistry remained stable. Always appreciate her knowledge and insights. Tracy is an excellent PA. She took care of several health issues I had over the past years. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. I really recommend her!
