Tranquility Bay Homes

Aaron and Sophia have created a haven for the elderly. I wish my step-mother could stay with them (she, unfortunately, needs a full skilled nursing facility). Their facility feels like a real home, not a nursing home. They care so much about the people they take care of. They went above and beyond to meet my step-mother (who lives 4 hours away) to see if she qualified to stay with them. Then, when it didn’t align, they continued to check in with me to see how she was doing!

Andrew at tiki bar Both days rude, today kept reminding us there was a shift change coming so he could get the tip. I thought the priority was service and our comfort not if he would get tip or next guy. Then he got upset I didn’t want to charge to room that I wanted to pay for it. Seemed weird but got upset. Don’t do pool service if you want top notch service .

You Facility is more like a home where I would put my parents. Tranquility Bay Homes is a comforting, clean, family owned, amazing facility. I can see that the residents there are truly loved and cared for!
