Kristi is AMAZING! An OT friend referred me to her and, from the first moment we met, I knew I was in good hands. If I could go to her every week so she can work her magic and erase my chronic headaches.

Incredible! I am so glad I found this place. You can tell Kristi absolutely loves what she does, and that equates to amazing care. I’ve been struggling with back pain for months after discovering some bulging discs. Chiropractic and PT have been helping, but I found myself constantly locked up and tense from the work. That was creating new pain across my entire back. Kristi took the time to really listen to all my concerns and what I needed worked on. She then spent extra time with me to make sure we hit every spot, intuitively and gently addressing my pain. After just one session, I left walking taller and with less pain than when I arrived. I’m not kidding when I say IMMEDIATE results. Pricing was also more reasonable compared to those “name brand” massage places. I’ll definitely be back

Such a cute and relaxing space. Kristi is an incredible massage therapist! She was able to assess tightness in my neck and shoulders just by looking at my posture and gave some tips on what I can do between massages to stay loose. The massage itself was amazing, relaxing but great deep tissue work to resolve a lot of tension. Looking forward to my next massage!!

I went in to have a massage, after being in lockdown for, nearly 2 months. I was sore and stressed. Kristi did, a wonderful job. She had the perfect touch, to get rid of, my aching back/shoulders and relax me, at the same time. She did, enough check-ins, to make sure my needs were being addressed. However, not so many as to be annoying. I really appreciated that. I do not, like talking during my service and, she read me, quite well😊. I would highly recommend going, to see Kristi. If, you want a massage customized to what you need, with a perfect touch. Her space, is so calming, too.

Kristi has tons of experience, which not only makes for an amazing massage, but adds to the length of time of relief I get from my chronic neck and back pain. She has done more for my pain than most other specialists, including physical therapy. I have spent more hours than I can remember looking for a therapist of this caliber. I highly recommend her. You will thank me.
